The Role:
We are currently seeking a Delivery/Service Engineer to work out of our Bournemouth Branch.
Full Training will be given - You will be working around 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm with very occasional Saturdays to cover annual leave. You will be Delivering and Servicing products such as rise recliners, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, stairlifts, bathing equipment and hoists etc. Training will be given on products where required. When not servicing products you will be expected to assist in the local store these duties will include: Telephone communication with clients, potential clients and suppliers: Admin duties by both computer and paper methods: Sales of mobility and medical aids ranging from walking sticks through to electric wheelchairs: Deliveries and installations: Helping and advising clients looking for assistance with their disabilities. Maintaining and servicing mobility equipment. Collecting and returning equipment to customers.
The Candidate:
It's not essential that you have experience as full training will be given. However if you have any experience in a garage or with bikes or some technical ability. This will be a massive benefit.
The candidate must have a calm and caring attitude and must have a full UK driving Licence.
We are looking for someone that has the ability to multi task, self manage, and keep track of jobs, follow up and have the ability to take notes and follow things through to the end.
DBS check will be carried out.

Able to communicate well
Experience in the industry would be an advantage, but full training will be given
Must be able to lift 30kgs
The Package:
Base salary is dependent on experience and can range from Base Wage £26,500 - £30,000 depending on experience - plus generous commissions scheme realistic OTE potential of £36,000 PLUS per annum - Uncapped Commission, Use of Van will be supplied to carry out role. 28 days holiday, pension scheme, phone.
