We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Insulation Fitters to join our team for ongoing work across Cardiff, Bristol and Caerphilly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing insulation systems
- Fixing rails, fire barriers, DPC, and breather membrane
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard in line with health & safety regulations
- Achieving fire barrier accreditation (required – support can be provided)
Essential Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- UTR Number
- Own battery-powered tools, including:
- SDS drill
- Impact driver
- 4-inch grinder
- Insulation knife
- Hand saw
- Spirit level
- Ability to read and follow plans
- Own transport and ability to travel across South Wales
Preferred:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Based locally in South Wales
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Fire barrier accreditation (if already held)

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Some weekend availability may be required
