Our Gosforth site is a more relaxed & casual version of our Jesmond restaurant.
Both restaurants are listed in the Michelin Guide
The responsibilities will suit someone familiar with all duties of running a high quality & intimate restaurant and include
Excellent customer service
Cashing up
Staff Motivation/Training
Supervising the restaurant in the absence of the GM
The ideal candidate will have a background and experience at a senior or supervisory level in a restaurant and have an outgoing and positive personality. A knowledge of products and brands including wines would be a benefit
