Overview
We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and organised HR Manager to support the TLT HR Strategy Manager and the wider TLT leadership team with the development of our people strategy across the trust.
The HR Manager will support schools in our Trust with the management of school level issues such as sickness absence, probation etc. and with the application of trust policies across the schools.
Responsibilities
● Leadership - Provide strong and innovative leadership in all aspects of the role including strategic direction, change management and operational effectiveness. Participate in the central team training days and strategic ops meetings (STROPS).
● HR Communications - Oversee the communication to the schools and central team for all statutory changes, policy implementation and changes in trust policy & practice to the school community, linking back to statutory guidance and procedures through SBM’s, HR Leads and Headteachers.
● Casework & support - Manage, monitor and report on the casework for HR across the trust ensuring the schools receive the most appropriate support for the more complex situations as well as advising on routine monitoring and school level controls, using the HRMIS where possible.
● Training - Guide, train and support the TLT HR Administrators and Trust schools in complying with Trust policies, HR management systems, statutory returns, and assist in training and developing the wider staff base as required.

Pay: £48,226.00-£59,052.00 per year
