We have a vacancy for a reliable candidate with basic woodwork skills to join our busy team in Workington.
Requirements:
- Experience measuring and using woodwork tools is essential;
- Ability to read drawings;
- This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit;
- Strong focus on delivering quality products safely;
- A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets;
- Must have confirmation of reliable transport to our Workington site;
- Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change;
- Forklift experience is advantageous although in house training and certification will be arranged.
Benefits:
- £14. 42 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours;
- Full time permanent positions available;
- 47.5hrs per week Mon – Fri;

Duties include:
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets;
- Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times;
- Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.
