Job Summary
We are seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team at our new hotel in St Just, Cornwall. This role will require you to manage staff, oversee daily activities and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong supervisory skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Pay : £15.5/hr after a successful three month probationary period, and you will be paid factored holiday pay when you are paid your wages fortnightly.
There is the option for on-site living - this can be discussed further on in the hiring process.
Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping and the bar and restaurant teams.
- Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest services while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all hotel areas
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £15.50 per hour
