Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic line cooks, kitchen, and service staff with weekend availability to join our fast-paced team. Our pub prides itself on teamwork, high standards, and a supportive environment. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required. We are fully committed to training the right individuals who possess a strong willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
BOH
- Assist in preparing ingredients for menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts and help other positions as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations to uphold our standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service times
FOH
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Ability to mulittask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues
- Create memorable experiences for each and every guest
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Maintain a kind/positive attitude at all times, in line with our core values and culture
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
