We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) who can take full ownership of new business growth. This is not a passive sales role—you will be driving strategy, identifying opportunities, and converting high-value clients. You will act as the key link between market opportunities and revenue growth, working closely with internal teams to shape how we expand in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients through outbound and inbound channels.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
Revenue Growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market Research:
Identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning to improve outreach strategy.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and pipeline forecasting.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
2–5+ years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or similar revenue-focused roles.
Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Communication Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Mindset:
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. You take ownership of outcomes.
Pay: £44,690.99-£65,175.35 per year
