Nexus Recruitment have been instructed on a rare opportunity in the Block Management sector. Our client are looking for an experienced leasehold Property Manager to oversee an East Anglian portfolio primarily from home. Core responsibilities:
Core responsibilities:
- Day to day responsibility of your own leasehold portfolio, ranging in size and style, liaising with leaseholders and answering any queries promptly
- Overseeing section 20 major works from start to finish, with some support from your Senior Property Manager
- Setting and managing service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
- Attending site visits regularly, conducting H&S checks and building relationships with stakeholders
- Chairing and attending AGMs
This role will suit a candidate able to manage a portfolio from day one, as this role will offer a lot of home working so independence is key. The following skillset/experience is required:
- At least 2-3 years experience in Block Management at Property Manager level, overseeing your own portfolio to a high standard.
- TPI level 2 as a minimum, ideally ATPI qualified or more
- Able to commute to the Norwich office once a week
- A full UK driving license and access to own car
