We are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi Skilled Operative on various properties throughout Liverpool
This role is will include basic joinery, mastic bathroom seals, painting etc.

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skilled tasks.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of building structures and systems across different trades.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute project phases effectively, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues early and implement appropriate solutions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in multiple trades such as carpentry, Windows.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read technical drawings or plans is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an adaptable approach to various tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights when necessary.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades or construction-related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
