Admin Assistant
About the Role
Aero Dynamik is looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied role that requires someone who can multitask, prioritise workloads and remain organised in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with a variety of requests, supporting the wider team and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
We are particularly looking for someone with a creative mindset, who is willing to think outside the box, take initiative and find practical solutions to challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to emails, enquiries and day-to-day requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the management and wider team with daily priorities and administrative requirements.
- Managing and prioritising multiple tasks and requests at the same time.
- Preparing, updating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and other company documentation.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties and day-to-day business requirements.
- Assisting with quality assurance checks and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining organised records and documentation.
- Monitoring outstanding tasks and ensuring work is followed through to completion.
- Assisting with internal communication and coordination across the team.
- Providing general administrative support wherever required.
- Using initiative to identify areas where processes can be improved or made more efficient.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
Experience or knowledge of the following systems and software would be preferred but is not essential, as training can be provided:
- Asana
- AssetTiger
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Adobe
The successful candidate should be comfortable learning new systems and be confident using technology as part of their everyday role.

What We Are Looking For
This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied working environment and is comfortable moving between different tasks throughout the day.
You will need to be someone who can receive a request, understand its priority, organise your workload and see the task through to completion without needing constant supervision.
Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous, but attitude, organisation, willingness to learn and attention to detail are equally important.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
