Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be prepared to adapt daily to different tasks as required. Our current team look after various contracts throughout Scotland and require a team player to assist in compliant and safe completion of these contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on specific equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Generally work as part of a team however using your own initiative is crucial
- Ensure tasks are carried out to the high standards set
- Supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed including completion of relevant reports and certification
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any maintenance-related inquiries or concerns to our partners.
Skills
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Real focus on providing high standard of customer service
- Experience in PAT testing is desirable
- Experience in Kitchen Canopy TR19 cleans & laundry extract cleans would be advantageous along with any maintenance experience such as joinery, minor plumbing and electrical, gardening, painting and decorating
- Hardworking and reliable
- Organisation and time management
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Multi-tasker
- Essential for the position is attention to detail
