What you will be doing:
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- MSc in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience in HR or Talent Management consulting, or as a practitioner delivering and managing customer projects
- Strong customer orientation and experience in working in a client-facing role.
- Program design and implementation experience
- Talent assessment and Talent management experience
- Comfortable with statistical data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Knowledge about HR strategy and processes
- Experience in delivery of training and facilitation of workshops
- Advanced data analysis skills incl. knowledge of at least one statistical program (e.g. SPSS, R)
