Duties
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with each student’s language proficiency, learning style, and personal goals
- Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in person or online, ensuring clarity and active participation
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Incorporate various teaching methods and educational resources to enhance learning experiences
- Support students with special education needs by adapting techniques and materials accordingly
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages confidence, curiosity, and motivation
- Communicate effectively with students’ families or guardians to update on progress and address concerns
Qualifications
- QTS in English Essential
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English or related language subjects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Experience working with children or diverse age groups is highly desirable
- Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations is a plus
- Passion for education and helping learners achieve their full potential
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on individual student needs
