Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Dining Room, an award-winning fine dining South Asian restaurant, bar and lounge.
As a member of our front of house team, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. From providing a warm welcome to delivering attentive table service, you will help maintain the high standards of hospitality that our guests have come to expect.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Seat guests and assist with reservations where required.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and answering guest enquiries.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards.
- Prepare and set tables before, during and after service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all front of house areas.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- A team player who is reliable, punctual and professional.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
