Duties
- Assist senior negotiators with daily tasks, including managing inquiries from prospective tenants and landlords via phone, email, and in person
- Support the scheduling of property viewings and open house events, ensuring all appointments are organized efficiently
- Help prepare rental listings by gathering property details, taking photographs, and updating online portals
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, appointments, and agreements to ensure smooth administrative flow
- Communicate clearly with clients in multiple languages if applicable, providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Contribute to promotional activities by distributing marketing materials and engaging with potential clients on social media platforms
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is key
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Enthusiasm for the property industry and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when needed
- GCSE's (Maths & English required)
