Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems, providing clear receipts and change.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area including bar stations, tables, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills to keep service seamless.
Requirements
