What the role involves:
You'll clean private homes to a high standard - kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, hoovering, mopping and those all-important finishing touches. It's honest, hands-on work where you can see the results, and where clients really value and trust you in their homes. Please note this is a physically active role - you'll be on your feet, bending and moving throughout the day.
This is a self-employed role. Don't worry if that's new to you - we guide you through the simple setup, you invoice us weekly, and you're responsible for your own tax. No paid holiday or sick pay, but steady, reliable hours and a team behind you. No stress as we find the clients and provide regular hours.
What we're looking for:
- A full UK driving licence AND your own car - this is essential, as you'll travel between clients' homes across a rural patch (please only apply if you drive and have your own vehicle)
- Reliable and trustworthy, with pride in your work
- Available for consistent weekday daytimes, including through the school holidays
- Happy working on your own in clients' homes
- Discreet and respectful - trust matters
- Cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential - the right attitude matters most
- Willing to provide references and undergo a basic DBS check (we cover the DBS)
