We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Security Officer to join our team covering Buxton and surrounding areas in 25 miles radius.
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional security service to Samsic UK Security's clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service; presenting at all times a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence.
** Flexibility is vital as you will be required to work days, nights, weekends & bank holidays **
As a Regional Security Officer you will work various shifts covering days nights & weekends:
\u00b7 Pay Rate: \u00a313.41 + 40p per mile Travel Allowance
\u00b7 Average Weekly Hours: 48-60 hrs pw
\u00b7 Contracted Hours: 48 hrs pw
\u00b7 Employee Status: Permanent/ Full Time
Duties will include:
\u00b7 "Meet and Greet"
\u00b7 Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally
\u00b7 Manage all systems within the security control base
\u00b7 Ensure a vigilance, professional presence
\u00b7 Produce accurate reports as and when needed
\u00b7 Be an effective liaison between the client and the company Contract Manager
\u00b7 Be an effective ambassador for Samsic UK Security and the client
Essential Requirements:
\u00b7 Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable, clearly spoken
\u00b7 Excellent customer care skills
\u00b7 Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety
\u00b7 Possesses computer literacy of at least a basic level
\u00b7 Demonstrates basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and preparing reports
\u00b7 Demonstrates good observation skills
\u00b7 Demonstrates a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns
In order to work for Samsic UK you MUST fulfil the following criteria:
\u00b7 Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
\u00b7 Have an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
\u00b7 Be fluent in spoken and written English
\u00b7 Have a five-year checkable history (Providing a HMRC 3 Year Work History record at your interview)
