RUDE coffee & wine bar, an independent start-up business passionate about good coffee, wholesome food, and baking, is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team.
As a Chef at RUDE, you will play a pivotal role in creating brunch dishes while upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality and customer service. **Duties:**
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes in line with RUDE's high-quality standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely food production.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative menu items that resonate with our customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in culinary arts with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting or similar hospitality establishment is preferred.
