How you'll make a difference
Your exceptional leadership capabilities will inspire and empower, as you lead our operational and regulatory learning activity across the Society, shaping high-quality training that is modern, consistent, scalable and aligned to business priorities.

You'll oversee training design, delivery, scheduling, governance and continuous improvement, lead a team of 6 Specialist Operational & Regulatory Trainers, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
What will you bring to the role?
Strong, visible people leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.
Strong Learning & Development experience gained ideally within a regulated environment.
Proven ability to lead the design, delivery and governance of operational, technical and regulatory training.
Significant experience managing enterprise‑wide training operations, schedules and resources.
Strong consultancy and confidence influencing senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions.
The ability to use data, insight and evaluation to improve learning quality, efficiency and impact.
High levels of organisation, resilience and adaptability in a change environment
