PERSONAL ASSISTANT – FRIENDLY, PERSON-CENTRED ROLE (CANTERBURY)
This isn’t just any care job; it’s a fun, unique, and incredibly rewarding opportunity where you’ll support me on a one-to-one basis, helping me live the life I choose.
About Me
I am a 47-year-old woman with Cerebral Palsy and a full-time powered wheelchair user. Cerebral Palsy affects me physically, and I direct my own support and make my own decisions. I live independently in my own adapted bungalow and employ a small, friendly and supportive team of Personal Assistants.
I am a cheerful, sociable, organised and approachable employer who values mutual respect, teamwork and open communication. I enjoy socialising, spending time with family and friends, going to the cinema and theatre, eating out, and attending charity meetings and events.
