We are looking for an Electrician to join our growing team, working on a variety of industrial, commercial and agricultural projects across Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties.
The role will involve installation and repair work on new build developments, extensions, refurbishments and existing facilities.
You will be involved in everything from first-fix and second-fix installations through to lighting, power distribution, fault finding and testing.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works safely and professionally on site, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers high-quality projects for clients.
Experience working within industrial and commercial environments would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from motivated electricians looking to broaden their experience across different sectors.
Why Join South Lincs Construction?
Established in 1983, South Lincs Construction has grown into one of the region’s leading specialists in steel-framed buildings, delivering projects for agricultural, industrial and commercial clients across Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties.
We work on a huge variety of projects, from factories, warehouses and business parks through to farm buildings, public sector projects and major refurbishments. No two jobs are the same, giving our site teams the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects rather than repetitive work.
What really sets us apart is our people. Many of our team members have been with us for years, creating a supportive working environment where experience is valued and good work is recognised. Despite our continued growth, we’ve retained a family-business feel, with direct access to management and a culture focused on teamwork, professionalism and getting the job done properly.
We take pride in delivering quality work safely, holding CHAS Elite accreditation and maintaining high standards across everything we do. With a strong order book, a growing reputation and a large proportion of repeat business, we’re looking for people who want to build a long-term career with a company that is continuing to invest and grow.
