Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Spa Therapist to lead our team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. Duties
- Lead and supervise the spa team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and professionalism.
- Perform advanced electrical facial treatments to the highest professional standards.
- Uphold the spa’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and professionalism.
- Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, massage, and body therapies.
- Provide expert skincare consultations and tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols at all times.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a memorable, high end experience.
- Promote and recommend premium retail products confidently.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) mandatory
- Proven experience in electrical facial treatments
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
- A passion for luxury wellness and client satisfaction
