Our client are a mid sized (20 designers) SW London-based, luxury residential design studio that work on incredible projects for private clients. They tailor the design to the client's requirements and are forward thinking in their approach.
They also offer a build service, where they utilise their own contractors to deliver the project on site.
As well as making sure their client's are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first ever employee who joined 20+ years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design and there is a real family feel among the staff.
In 2022 the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations and this very much aligns with their values as a studio.
Requirements
- Experience working as an Architect on high-end, private residential projects
- Qualified architect and ARB registered
- Experience on UK projects and good knowledge of UK building regulations
- A good communicator and able to collaborate with colleagues, consultants, clients etc.
- Site experience would be a huge benefit
- AutoCAD proficiency (Revit is a bonus but not essential)
- A good designer but is also technically strong
Salary and Package
£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
