Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist (Full time or Part time) to join our team. Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical histories to develop effective treatment strategies
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at restoring movement, alleviating pain, and enhancing functional abilities
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use of specialized equipment to optimize recovery outcomes
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care practices for long-term health benefits
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country (HCPC)
- Proven experience in physiotherapy practice, preferably with diverse patient populations and conditions
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of all ages
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in physiotherapy practices
