- Childcare Provider Level 3 or nursery experienced level 2 practioner nearly finishing there level 3
Duties:
-Experience of caring and developing babies and children 6 months to 5 years.
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children---
-Implement nursery's policies and procedures
- Monitor and enhance children s development using curriculum and tools
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment
- Maintain a clean and organised childcare room
- Assist with personal hygiene, including toilet training and nappy changing,
- Communicate with parents to ensure the well-being of each child
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
