Job Title: Estate Agent Location: St Neots Branch
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our market-leading, independent estate agency business within our St Neots branch.
The business has built an outstanding reputation within the local property market and places a strong emphasis on developing and retaining its people. We are now looking for an ambitious and driven individual operating at Sales Negotiator level to join our successful team.
The Opportunity You will be joining an established, high-performing branch where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, ambitious and keen to progress their career within a business where your earning potential is uncapped.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Generous Commission Package
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays on a rota basis (one Saturday every two weeks 9:00am until 2:00pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and support.
- Conduct property viewings and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
- Collaborate closely with the experienced Manager and Company Director at the branch, benefiting from ongoing mentorship.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in the estate agency sector is preferred. However, exceptional candidates without experience will be considered if they can demonstrate:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Drive and ambition to achieve sales targets.
- Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to work one Saturday every two weeks.
