The Vacancy
Learning Administrator – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £24,995 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £25,371 per annum.

At Keech Hospice, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Learning Administrator to support education, training, research and community initiatives that help improve the lives of people with life-limiting conditions and those important to them. Working as part of our friendly Learning Team, you'll help deliver learning opportunities that make a real difference across healthcare, social care and our local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training, events and learning activities
Manage bookings, registrations and shared inboxes
Support our Learning Management System and reporting
Help deliver conferences, workshops and community projects
Provide essential support to a dynamic and innovative team
What we’re looking for:
Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams and databases
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
A customer-focused, friendly and professional approach
A passion for supporting learning and helping others succeed
