Responsibilities
- Responding courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

- Maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Analysing customer feedback and service trends to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic data entry skills and familiarity with computer systems are desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour
- Ability to demonstrate strong analysis skills and an aptitude for upselling techniques
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
