About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our kitchen facilities clean, safe, and well-organised, supporting the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the kitchen,
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and utensils to a high standard
- Keeping all surfaces, floors, and equipment clean
- Regularly cleaning fridges, freezers, shelving, and storage areas
- Assisting with the safe disposal of waste and recycling
- Ensuring equipment and areas are ready for use
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning, or kitchen support role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the whole team
- Reliability and good timekeeping
