Joyful Beginnings Day Nursery is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team as we open our brand-new, nursery in Maghull.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape our nursery culture, build strong relationships with families and make a real difference from day one. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and creating an inspiring environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
- Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Observing, assessing and supporting each child’s individual development.
- Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Promoting children’s wellbeing, independence and confidence.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, caring and professional attitude.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
