We are looking for someone 3 days a week 7am to 3pm
Duties
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast & Lunch dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to maintain consistency in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Assist with ingredient inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast orders
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food is cooked thoroughly and safely
- Support team members during busy service periods, maintaining a positive and energetic work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of breakfast meal preparation techniques
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating customer service awareness and professionalism
