Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and clean after procedures.
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer any questions they may have.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence.
- Uphold organisational standards within the practice to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental setting is essential.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on compassion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
