Requirements
- Proven experience in construction.
- own vehicle preferred but optional van could be provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and tenants
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- own tools required but materials will be supplied
