This role is about making sense of data - and then doing something useful with it. You'll analyse campaign performance, dig into what's driving results, and help us act on it - whether that's sharpening our paid ads, briefing creative, or surfacing an insight that fuels business growth. It's equal parts numbers and storytelling: you need to be genuinely comfortable with data, but the real skill is being able to explain what it means and why it matters.
We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse performance data across our marketing channels to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it
- Report on key metrics - ad spend, efficiency, revenue impact - and communicate findings clearly across the team
- Support experimentation across our marketing channels and website, and help draw meaningful conclusions from the results
- Get hands-on with our marketing platforms to monitor, implement and optimise advertising campaigns
- Contribute to the creative briefing process - you don't need to be a content creator, but you should be able to look at what's performing and help shape what we try next
- Work with AI tools (we currently use Claude) to automate, accelerate and improve analytical workflows
- Collaborate with teams across the business - from content to commercial - to make sure the data you're surfacing actually gets understood and acted on
- Check in with new team members during their first few months and support them as they settle into life at PF&H
- Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration
- Partner with the HR Manager on a variety of people projects and initiatives
- Look for ways to make our recruitment, onboarding and people processes even better
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with an analytical aspect to your degree - maths, physics, economics, computer science, statistics, or anything where working with data was a meaningful part of your studies
- Genuinely curious about data - you like digging into a problem, not just reporting the surface numbers back
- Comfortable with Google Sheets (or willing to get there fast) - pivot tables, charts, formulas, the lot
- A clear communicator - you can take a messy dataset and explain what it means to someone who doesn't live in spreadsheets
- Happy to take ownership early on - responsibility comes quickly in this role, with coaching rather than formal training
- Self-starting and inquisitive - you ask "why?" before jumping to conclusions
- Confident using AI tools - we actively use them in our workflows and want someone who's already curious about what they can do
Nice To Have
- Some exposure to SQL or working with databases - even if that's mostly meant prompting an AI to write the queries for you and knowing enough to check they make sense
- Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would be helpful (as you’ll already understand our audience) but it’s definitely not essential!
What We Offer
- All the PF&H fuel, hydration and merch you'll ever need!
- The chance to be part of a passionate, innovative and fast-growing company
- Work alongside a team of experts in sports science, nutrition and tech
- A real hand in growing a brand that's making an impact in endurance sport
