A prestigious, doctor-led aesthetics and wellness clinic in central London is looking for an Aesthetic Therapist to join our friendly clinical team, on a Full Time basis in a procedural, out-patient setting.
Essential requirements of Aesthetic Therapist:
- Level 3/4 Beauty Therapy or relevant aesthetics qualification – 2 years minimum
- Experience with device-based aesthetic treatments (e.g. laser, RF, HIFU)
- Aesthetics clinical experience – desirable
- Experience in a service role in a luxury environment – desirable
- Exceptional client care and organisational skills
- Refined in manner, inviting personality, culturally aware with a can-do attitude
- Flexible to work outside of regular hours for ad-hoc duties
Job duties for the Aesthetic Therapist include:
- Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards
- Screening clients using 3D visualisation systems and taking pre- and post-treatment photographs
- Carrying out non-invasive, device-based treatments in line with clinic protocols
- Supporting aesthetic doctors and nurses during procedures and recording treatment plan details
- Educating clients on treatments and aftercare, answering their questions
- Promoting and explaining relevant products, offering expert advice to enhance client outcomes
- Supporting the smooth running of treatment sessions, including appointment scheduling
- Escalating medical issues promptly to a doctor or relevant lead
- Maintaining and recording consumable stock levels
- Liaising with nursing, medical and administrative staff to uphold CQC standards
- Supporting new team members and contributing to performance improvement activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
