Community, Partnerships & Events Fundraising Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community, Partnerships & Events Fundraising Lead to help grow sustainable income across community fundraising, corporate partnerships and Hospice-led events, strengthen supporter relationships, and increase awareness of the vital services provided by Dr Kershaw's Hospice.
In this role, you will:
· Lead, develop and deliver an annual programme of community fundraising campaigns, corporate partnership activity and Hospice-led fundraising events.
· Build, nurture and steward relationships with individual supporters, community groups, organisations, third-party fundraisers, corporate partners, sponsors and local businesses
- Raise awareness of Hospice services and the impact of supporters' contributions.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve fundraising objectives and support strategic priorities.
· Provide effective leadership and line management to a team of three, setting objectives, KPIs and financial targets, allocating workloads and supporting performance and development.
We're looking for someone who can:
· Implement effective plans for community fundraising, corporate partnerships and Hospice-led events, aligned with the Hospice's Income Development strategy
- Communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of audiences.
- Build meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, including community groups, supporters, volunteers, corporate partners and families connected to the Hospice.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Identify and develop opportunities to increase community engagement, corporate partnerships, event income and overall fundraising income.
- Use networking and relationship-building skills to inspire support for the Hospice's work.
- Manage and motivate a team, monitor performance against objectives and targets, and support individual development
· Monitor fundraising income and expenditure, KPIs and performance, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
Ideally, you will have:
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience of community, corporate/partnership and events fundraising, or substantial transferable experience in income generation.
- A track record of achieving fundraising, engagement, or income-related targets.
- Experience of developing and stewarding successful community and corporate partnerships, including sponsorship and other income-generating relationships
· Experience of line managing, supervising or leading staff, including setting objectives and supporting performance and development.
· Experience of managing or monitoring income and expenditure budgets, KPIs and financial performance
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £ £39,959 to £48,117 dependent on experience Hours: Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required) - Full time 37.5 hours per week
