Reed Boardall is a family owned group of businesses and one of the largest temperature controlled food distribution businesses in the UK! We regularly distribute over 5,500 different products to supermarkets nationwide making sure that the nation's supermarket freezers and chiller cabinets never go empty.
What is the role?
Hopefully it could be you! We are looking for an individual to join the Reed Boardall family as a Debrief Co-Ordinator. The role itself consists of:
- Checking off paperwork on our systems;
- Inputting of Data and ensuring data is correct;
- Raising and dealing with queries and discrepancies, including our customers and our colleagues; and
- Booking in outside hauliers/drivers and visitors onto our site.
What experience are we looking for?
You will be a key asset in our gatehouse team and the first point of contact for many visitors, so a friendly outlook and the ability to give great customer service is important. You will also have a good eye for detail and able to work within a team on priority task. Do not worry, no experience is needed as full training will be given!
What are the hours?
You will be working Monday - Friday, 20.00 pm - 04.00 am
