This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Southern branches. You’ll be Developing and executing robust regional & global Sales Strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets, while expanding the customer base. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to supporting long-term growth and retention.

Hours

Experience within the aftermarket parts trade is highly advantageous for this role. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high level of leadership qualities to manage the Branch Sales Managers, senior sales and sales advisors
- Can pick up systems quickly
- Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work
- Stays calm under pressure
- Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude
Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.
