Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Manager to join our Cardiology department.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the coordination of Cardiac Physiology services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is pivotal in supporting the clinical team by efficiently managing resources and driving operational improvements.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of cardiology services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a pilot role with the potential to become a substantive position based on the success of the initiative on each clinical and performance outcome.
To manage and lead the service provision of Cardiac Physiology Services.
To support the senior clinical and management structure for the Directorate and deputise as required
The post holder will be required to support in the planning and delivery of clinical services and ensure achievement of key objectives.
They will lead on daily operational management for the service and be expected to measure and monitor performance, ensure efficient utilisation of resources and provide effective leadership.
The post holder will manage the outpatient functions of the service, across elective and non-elective pathways and be responsible for ensuring that patients are treated in line with both Trust and National targets.
