Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests
Skills
- Strong foundation in hospitality with excellent guest service skills
- Prior restaurant or serving experience preferred; eager to learn new skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and order management
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required
- Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating positive dining experiences and upselling menu items
Proven experience as Waiter & Restaurants
Fluency in English
Good interpersonal and customer management skills
Skills of precision and ability to work under stress
Ability to multitask work efficiently under pressure
