Flexible Mobile Periodic Cleaner, living locally to the Central Bedfordshire area.
Subject to enhanced DBS check
Full UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL - MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A VAN
Mornings and evenings
Monday - Friday 7.5 hours a day
Possible weekend overtime
£ 13.45 hour
Work van supplied
Must be able to use machinery for carpet cleaning floor scrubbing any deep cleaning
Your duties will include:
General cleaning
Mopping and litter-picking
Dealing with any spillages
Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Confident interaction with clients and members of the public, dealing with any enquiries
Key Skills & Qualities needed:
Experience working within a commercial cleaning environment and machinery
Flexible and willing to learn procedures
General Cleaning experience, specifically cleaning experience in the social housing sector
A highly motivated individual
Ability to work well within our team as well as to work unsupervised
Excellent customer service skills
