About the role
We are looking for a E-Scooter Assistant Mechanic to join our growing team. The Ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and find solutions quickly and effectively.
Ideally previous experience in repairing and maintaining vehicles, preferably on bikes or e-bikes is preferred, however, we will also consider applications from candidates with strong transferable skills.
Full training will be provided on the job!
Responsibilities
- Assist our workshop team with preparing and maintaining our stock
- Cleaning and repairing our e-scooters
- Perform diagnostics on incoming e-scooters to the warehouse
- Execute necessary repairs and assure the quality of the repaired e-scooter is according to Moose’s standards
- Stock taking & inventory management
- Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a good standard
- Help out other departments or teammates if required
Candidate requirements
- A mechanical interest and ideally experience of using workshop tools
- Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and work well together in the team
- Excellent communication skills and responds well to feedback and help
- Hard working and problem solving mentality that executes tasks accurately and works hard to reach the team targets and goals
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
