Position: Healthcare Worker - Complex Care- Female Only
Hours: 2 x 8am- 8pm Day shifts per week
Salary - £13.50per hour
Location - Burton on Trent
We have a wonderful new opportunity to support a gentleman with a spinal injury. He is a great communicator who loves positive energy, having a laugh, and sharing some friendly banter!
About the Role

His care includes bowel management and assistance with electric wheelchair transfers, with shifts available from 8am to 8pm. We would love to find someone who brings a bright personality to his day..
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Delivery: Provide care for individuals with complex needs, including managing challenging behaviors, Spinal injuries, ABI's LD.
- Clinical Skills: Utilize your training to deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Team Commitment: Uphold our commitment to delivering the best care with the best team members.
- Bowel Management
Requirements
- Female only
- Bubby outgoing female with lots of banter who can brighten up her clients day.
- A caring nature with a dedication to improving her clients’ quality of life
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This is a permanent, ongoing role. Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
- You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*
