Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care by assisting with daily activities such as showering, dressing and mobility support
- Administer medications through peg site.
- Provide transportation for appointments or errands, ensuring safe driving practices and adherence to schedules
- Manual handling involved
- Document care activities accurately
Qualifications
- Prior experience in learning difficulties and own home care is highly desirable
- Knowledge with epilepsy is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation duties
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks when required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with other team members
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable person
You will be required to work Am and Pm shifts and Weekend work
Am shifts 8-10am and PM shifts 4-6
