About Us
We are a growing Leeds-based property company managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and serviced accommodation. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property, lettings, estate agency or administration who enjoys variety and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors.
- Handle routine tenant and guest enquiries.
- Arrange viewings and assist with tenant sourcing.
- Manage council tax, utilities and general property administration.
- Keep tenancy files, compliance documents and property records up to date.
- Organise gas safety, EICRs and other compliance requirements.
- Chase outstanding maintenance jobs through to completion.
- Provide regular updates on ongoing issues and completed tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in property, lettings, estate agency or administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
