On-Site International are looking for a Document Controller for a project in Frankfurt, Germany starting ASAP.
Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Germany- UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for Germany.
Rate:
- €45/hour

Duties:
- Manage the flow of documents and correspondence related to project activities (incoming/outgoing).
- Establish and maintain document control systems to track all technical and administrative documentation.
- Ensure all documents are correctly named, numbered, and filed according to the company’s or project’s standards.
- Distribute documents (e.g., drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports) to relevant departments or personnel and ensure version control.
- Track revisions and ensure only the latest versions of documents are in circulation.
- Archive project documents and maintain a record-keeping system for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, logs, and registers (e.g., document transmittals, drawing logs, material submittals).
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations at the site office, including clerical support for site management and engineers.
- Maintain attendance records, timesheets, and site personnel records.
- Coordinate with HR or head office for staff-related matters (e.g., leave requests, ID issuance, onboarding/offboarding).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements in all admin-related processes.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday (paid 10 hours)
- Saturday availability when required
