Join Our Friendly Call Handling Team
Supportive Role | Flexible Hours | Great Environment
We’re looking for caring, capable people to join our incident call handling team, based in our welcoming operations centre.
You’ll be helping people with everyday issues – things like booking an engineer, reporting a broken door, or passing on important messages when their usual team isn’t available. It’s not sales or cold calling – just being there to take calls, listen well, and make sure things are followed up properly.
This is a great role for someone with good general knowledge, life experience, and a calm, friendly manner.
Contact Centre Experience is preferrable and you must have excellent attendance and timekeeping.
Start date is 1st August but must be willing to come in the previous week for training
What to expect:
- Office-based role in a supportive team
- 25-30 hours per week
- Mixture of evenings and weekends- 5pm-11pm during the week and Saturday and Sunday's
- Varied and interesting calls
- Training provided – just bring your common sense and clear thinking
