Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. As a Live‑in Care Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate, one‑to‑one support tailored to each person’s needs, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Full UK Driving License with own transport, is essential to this role.

About the service
- We are growing our Live‑in Care service across the Southwest.
- While the live‑in service expands, you will be expected to work flexibly within the community (e.g. domiciliary calls, respite, and short visits) to support customers locally. This ensures you have consistent, meaningful work as the service scales.
- Our customers have a variety of needs, and you’ll receive support and guidance to deliver safe, person‑centred care.
What you’ll do
- Provide daily living support, including personal care, medication prompts/administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Support with community access: accompany to appointments, social activities, and enjoy simple pleasures like a walk in the garden to see the ducks.
- Monitor wellbeing, record care notes accurately, and communicate clearly with family and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive home environment built on dignity, respect, and choice.

Pay:
Live In - £904.40 / £919.80
Community Care & Support Worker - £13.22 / £14.27
